RCP was founded by Jonathan McGrath in 2014, with a diverse focus on construction, redecoration and commercial maintenance. The team has grown steadily over the years, which includes the appointment of Russell McGrath, Jonathan’s brother, who has managed the commercial maintenance contracts within the business since 2016.

With a family business background, Jonathan has successfully built a business which reflects strong core foundations, steady growth and a dedicated team.

RCP has established strong working relationships with all of its clients and strives to maintain a high standard of quality work with transparent service.
